Delete your account

If you have the app installed, the fastest route is to delete it yourself from Settings → Delete account — immediate, and in your own hands. This form is for people who cannot reach the app.

To prevent misuse, once we receive your request we verify your identity from your account's email address; after you confirm, your account and your data are permanently deleted.

What is removed on deletion:

your account (your Google sign-in details, your nickname, your country)
all of your run records and their results
your entries on the leaderboard
access on every device you are signed in on

This cannot be undone. Records are not kept as soft deletes; they are removed entirely.

Your subscription continues on Google Play — you must cancel it there before deleting; we cannot cancel it for you.
